Sometimes 925 Sterling Silver is tarnished from oxidation or human sweat.
You can use a special silver cloth to polish your items, but a lint-free flannel, microfiber, or other soft nonabrasive cloth will do as well.
Do not use paper towels or tissues to polish your jewelry as they contain fibers that can scratch the silver.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us within 6 hours of submitted the order if you want to make additional changes to your order, If the order has already been started sorry we cannot make any changes on your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For non-personalized orders; Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces. Because of all items are made to order, we need to charge a 15% restocking cost. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for second sending.
For Personalized orders; we cannot make a refund if we have not made any mistake on your order.
Earrings are not refundable due to health and hygiene reasons
LOST PACKAGES
We are so sorry for this trouble. If the package is "lost" or marked "delivered", we cannot make a refund if we have shipped your package to the address you gave. We can not control the operations performed of packages that are outside the Turkey. You need to contact local post service for undelivered or lost packages. We want to make you happy. We can make 25% discount for your new purchase.
