- Why didn't I receive any confirmation message or email after I placed my order?

Our system sends a confirmation email to customers after they place an order. This situation may be:

- How long will it take to process my order and receive my order?
Our delivery time includes processing + shipping time. Each product is custom-made and requires at least 3-5 days for processing and 7-15 days for shipping. We will do our best to ship your order to you within the expected time frame; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within these estimated dates. Please allow sufficient manufacturing and shipping time when placing an order.

- What if the order is lost or damaged?
Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number. We will be happy to assist you.

- What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?
This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to contact our customer service via customer service email for help.

- Return & Refund
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they have been personalized. After placing an order, we will start the order customization process immediately. Therefore, once the order is placed, we can no longer support changes to the customized information, eg. Size or color.

If it is indeed our mistake, we will absolutely fix the problem immediately for you and re-send you a new product. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds in this situation. Please understand that customized products are with your exclusive customized information. Once sold, they cannot be sold again. We appreciate your understanding!

- Is it safe to place an order on the Wenniejewelry?

Q1 - Are all items made from pure silver or gold?
Pure silver and gold is usually too soft for jewelry, prone to scratching and wear.
It is therefore copper to improve its durability, and makes different colour combinations possible. WennieJewelry is made from copper, uses sterling silver, 18k gold or rose gold plating and coating on select copper pieces giving them an attractive finish.


Q2 - What shipping methods do you offer?
Shipping methods and Estimated delivery dates of Express and Standard Shipping are provided under the delivery options and before the checkout. Shipping methods/times may differ depending on your shipping address.

Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside NA or EU), bad weather and international couriers.
